Housing Affordability and Stability

Mr. Pacheco moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 40 the following section:-

“SECTION 40A. Section 2 of chapter 121D of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “thereof”, in line 31, the following words:- “; and provided further, that such projects may include manufactured housing communities.”.
