Matched Savings for Low-Income Asian Elders

Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7008-1116, in section X, in item X,  by inserting the following: "; provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Asian Community Development Corporation for the purposes of their retirement matched savings program for low-income Asian elders."
