Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7002-0010, ; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to

the GK Fund, Inc., an organization supporting startup founders who

belong to a demographic of socially and economically

disadvantaged and historically underrepresented groups, which

may include, but shall not be limited to, women and people of

color
