Messrs. Fattman and Moore moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by inserting the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended to Discover Central Massachusetts for operational funding"; and

in said section 2, in said item 0640-0300, by striking out the figure "$22,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$22,250,000"."
