Mr. Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, "; provided further, that not less than $32,500 shall be expended to the PFM Group Consulting ,LLC; for the implementation of a statewide housing transfer fee study in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts ; "$32,500".
