Ms. Edwards, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Velis, Moore, Rush and Brady, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Gomez, Ms. Lovely and Messrs. O'Connor and Timilty moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after 4400-1004 the following item:

"XXXX-XXXX For the operation of Cradles to Crayons’ Clothing Insecurity relief and essentials distribution service $400,000."
