Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 5042-5000, in the final line, by inserting after “2024” the following: “; provided further, that not less than $75,000 shall be expended for YouthConnect to provide community-based mental health services to high-risk youth and their families residing in the East Boston community", and by striking out the figure "$97,309,089" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$97,384,089”.
