Ms. Moran and Messrs. Brady and Feeney moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 28 the following section:-

“SECTION 28A. Section 2 of Chapter 111O of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(c) The department shall promulgate regulations to allow for discounted or no cost licensing and license renewal for municipalities and not-for-profit entities.”; and
