Messrs. Collins, Timilty, Keenan, Feeney, Montigny and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4512-0200, provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the

operation of the Gavin Foundation, Inc.’s behavioral health continuum

of substance use care to provide comprehensive treatment for Individuals suffering from substance use disorder and other behavioral health challenge.
