Mr. Collins moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 4000-0700, “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Harbor Health Services, Inc. to expand food access programing, services and staffing to combat health inequities and to improve social determinants of health in Dorchester, Mattapan and across its service area”
