Ms. Comerford, Ms. Gobi, Mr. Lesser, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Velis and Eldridge, Ms. Creem, Mr. Cronin, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Finegold and Hinds, Ms. Lovely, Messrs. Pacheco, Gomez, Timilty and Tarr and Ms. Edwards moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2511-0100, by inserting after the words “southeastern Massachusetts” the following words:-

“; provided further, that not less than $620,570 shall be expended for The University of Massachusetts Center for Agriculture, Food and the Environment"; and by striking out the figure "$9,026,960" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$9,647,530".
