Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2810-0122, by inserting the following:- "; provided further that not less than $60,000 shall be expended for the extension of the rail trail in the town of Danvers; provided further that not less than $100,000 shall be expended by the city of Salem for improvements to the Winter Island playground"; and by striking the figure "$255,000" and inserting in place thereof the figure "$415,000".
