Springfield Symphony Orchestra

Messrs. Gomez and Lesser moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0640-0300, by adding the following words:- “provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended for the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, Inc. for a youth symphony orchestra scholarship program and an upgrade to the Springfield Symphony Orchestra phone infrastructure system and downtown office”; and in said Section 2, in said item 0640-0300, by striking out the figure “$22,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$22,100,000”.
