Messrs. Gomez, Lesser and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 7003-0100, by adding the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the New England Farm Workers’ Council, Inc."; and by striking the figure "$1,193,667" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1,443,667".
