Copay Assistance Sunset Extension

Mr. Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XXXX. Section 226 of chapter 139 of the acts of 2012 is hereby amended by striking out the figure '2023', inserted by section 59 of chapter 227 of the acts of 2020, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- '2026'."
