Mr. Hinds, Ms. Rausch, Ms. Gobi, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Moore, Velis, Pacheco, O'Connor, Timilty and Rush, Ms. DiZoglio and Messrs. Feeney, Finegold and Kennedy moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by adding the following words:- “; provided further, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended to establish and staff an office of outdoor recreation in the executive office of energy and environmental affairs by striking out the figure “$14,800,779” and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$15,000,779”.
