Ms. Lovely and Mr. Tarr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 8000-0313, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to the Northeastern Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council, Incorporated to provide mental health, wellness, and suicide prevention services to emergency service providers in Northeastern Massachusetts"; and in said item by striking the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$200,000".
