Feeney, Collins, Rush, Finegold, Montigny, O'Connor, Timilty, Brady, Kennedy, Cyr and Eldridge and Ms. Moran moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after item 8000-0600 the following item:-  “8000-0601 For the operation of the project safe neighborhood grant program …..……………………$2,000,000”
