Commemorating the Birthplace of the National Guard

Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 1410-1616, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- “; provided further, that not less than $250,000 shall be expended for the support of a Massachusetts National Guard indoor historical exhibit recognizing the city of Salem as the birthplace of the National Guard"; and by striking the figure "$760,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "$1,010,000".
