Correcting Amendment

Mr. DiDomenico moves to amend the bill in section 1, by striking out, in lines 2 and 3, the words “section 2-1 in its entirety and inserting in place thereof a new section 2-1 through 2-3, as follows” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “sections 2-1 to 2-3, inclusive, and inserting in place thereof the following 3 sections”; and

in section 2, by striking out, in line 62 to 63, inclusive, the words “eleven (10) members and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “10 members, 9 school committee members and the mayor in an ex officio capacity who shall have a voice and a vote”; and

in section 5, by inserting after the word “and”, in line 156, the following words:- “not less than”.
