Remove Physical Distance Consideration for Category 2 Evaluation

Ms. Edwards moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 8, by striking out, in lines 275 to 277, inclusive, the words “the physical distance of the category 2 licensed facilities as they relate to each other and to category 1 license facilities and how they” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “how the location would”.
