Recognizing the Enhanced Workload on Ways and Means

Mr. Smola of Warren moves to amend the order in rule 18, in line 575, by inserting after the word “Means,” the following:-

"two"

And further amends the order in line 576 by striking the word “member” the first time it appears and replacing it with the word “members”.
