Adequate Time to Review

Ms. Uyterhoeven of Somerville moves to amend the order moves to amend the order in proposed Rule 33A, in lines 986 to 994, inclusive, by striking out the paragraph contained in those lines and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:

“33A. Copies of all bills, messages or recommendations from the Governor filed prior to July tenth of the second annual session, shall be available to all members electronically and to the public via the website of the General Court not less than 72 hours prior to consideration.
