Amendment to City of Pittsfield authorization to award contracts to audit

Mr. Mark moves to amend the bill in section 1, in proposed section 7-6 of the charter of the city of Pittsfield, by striking out the fourth sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “Reports of annual audits shall be filed in final form with the city council not later than March 1 in the year following the year that is subject to the audit.”.
