Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 1 by adding the following sentence:

“Upon retirement, such firefighters and police chief shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which they would have been entitled had they retired at the age of 65.".
