An Act amending the act establishing a charter for the town of Wrentham.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 1.3 of article I of the Wrentham home rule charter, as appearing in section 1 of chapter 116 of the acts of 2014, is hereby amended by striking out subsection (c) and inserting in place thereof the following subsection:-

(c) “Select board”, the duly elected select board for the town of Wrentham.

SECTION 2. Subsection (bb) of said section 1.3 of said article I of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 3. Section 1.5 of said article I of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 4. Section 2.3 of article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 5. Section 2.5 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 6. Section 2.6 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 7. Section 2.7 of said article II of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 8. Section 3.1 of article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 9. Section 3.2 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the title and inserting in place thereof the following title:- SELECT BOARD.

SECTION 10. Said section 3.2 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 11. Subsection (c) of section 3.3 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 12. Subsection (b) of section 3.9 of said article III of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 13. Section 4.1 of article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 14. Section 4.2 of said article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 15. Section 4.3 of said article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 16. Section 4.4 of said article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 17. Section 4.5 of said article IV of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 18. Subsection (b) of section 5.5 of article V of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 19. Subsection (c) of section 5.7 of said article V of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 20. Subsection (d) of section 5.8 of said article V of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 21. Subsection (c) of section 5.9 of said article V of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 22. Section 5.12 of said article V of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 23. Section 6.1 of article VI of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 24. Subsection (d) of section 6.2 of said article VI of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen”, each time they appear, and inserting in place thereof, in each instance, the following words:- select board.

SECTION 25. Section 7.3 of article VII of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 26. Section 7.4 of said article VII of said charter, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words “board of selectmen” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- select board.

SECTION 27. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
