Repealing the sales tax on boats built or rebuilt in the Commonwealth

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:

"SECTION XXXX. Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(uu) Sales of boats built or rebuilt and delivered in Massachusetts by Massachusetts craftsmen."
