Amendment #18 to H3770

Senior Property Tax Work-Off

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn, Gifford of Wareham, Barrows of Mansfield and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“Section XXXX. Section 5K of Chapter 59 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the figure “$1,500”, in line 14 and in line 39, and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “$2,000”.
