Repealing the sales tax exemption for aircrafts

Ms. Higgins of Leominster moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION  XXXX.  Section 6 of chapter 64H of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out subsections (uu) and (vv).”
