Floor Amendment

Mr. Walsh of Peabody moves to amend the bill in section 1, in line 7, by inserting after the word “purposes” the following: “and, upon retirement, Kenneth Ouimette shall receive a superannuation retirement allowance equal to that which he would have been entitled had he retired at age 65”.
