Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 1595-3262, by adding after "2050" the following section 15 of chapter 23J: “(iv) identified strategies to support Black, Latino, Indigenous and historically underserved small businesses in the clean energy industry”
