Administration of the Healthy Soils Program

Representatives Duffy of Holyoke and Schmid of Westport move to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting in line 6, after the word “departments" the following;- “provided not less than $515,000 be expended for the administration of the Healthy Soils Program”; and in the said item by striking out the figures “$15,547,134” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$16,062,134”
