Amendment #103 to H3900

Talking Information Center

Mr. Kearney of Scituate moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4110-1000, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $350,000 shall be expended for the Talking Information Center, Incorporated to provide human voiced broadcasts and an economic, health and safety lifeline in support of reading services for visually-impaired and otherwise disabled listeners across Massachusetts" .
