Fall River Veterans' Kitchen

Mr. Silvia of Fall River moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by inserting after item 1410-0012 the following item: xxxx-xxxx provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended for the Veterans' Kitchen of Fall River to provide hot meals twice weekly to Veterans' and their families at no charge.
