Ms. Ramos of North Andover moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding after “projects” the following: “provided further, that not less than $10,000 shall be expended for Amesbury Chamber of Commerce small business support and economic development programs in the City of Amesbury”.
