Northern Berkshire Youth Basketball Program

Mr. Barrett of North Adams moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 4590-1570 in line 4, by inserting after "youth" the following: "provided further, that not less than 50,000 shall be expended to make capital improvements to the former State Armory building in the city of North Adams for the benefit of the Northern Berkshire Youth Basketball Program"; and in said item by striking out 1the figures "2,550,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "2,600,000".
