Mr. González of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following: "; provided further, that not less than $100,000 shall be expended to Tech Foundry in the city of Springfield for IT workforce development training, internships, job placement, coaching support, and retention and graduation improvement pilot program for adult students”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$200,000".
