Mr. Ramos of Springfield moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7008-1116, by adding “; provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended to Afro Cultural Arts and Humanities Inc.,”; and in said item by striking out the figures "$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$125,000”.
