PFAS Remediation for Bedford and Burlington

Mr. Gordon of Bedford moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line item 2250-2000, in line 5, by inserting after the word "water" the following: "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended for polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) remediation costs in the towns of Burlington and Bedford" and in said item by striking out the figure "$15,547,134" and inserting in place thereof "$15,697,134"
