LUMA, English as a Second Language Services

Ms. Garcia of Chelsea moves to amend the bill in section 2 in item 7035-0002 in line 27, by adding the following: “provided further that no less than $15,000.00 shall be expended to LUMA for English as a Second Language services in Everett”, and in said item by striking out the figures “$65,000,000.00”, and inserting in place thereof the figures “$65,015,000.00”.
