Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill in Section 2, in line item 4800-0038, by inserting at the end thereof the following: "; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Rise Above Foundation additional programing for additional youth " and in said item by striking out the figures "$354,543,909" and inserting in place thereof the figures "$354,743,909"
