Amendment #1084 to H3900

Coalition for a Better Acre Youth Development & Civic Engagement

Mr. Mom of Lowell moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 7010-1192, by adding the following at the end thereof "; provided further that not less than $400,000 shall be expended to the Coalition for a Better Acre in the City of Lowell for renovations projects necessary to serve youth educational development and civic engagement of the lowest income and non-English speakers"; and in said item by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures: “$500,000”.
