Repurposing prior bond for Greater Attleboro Area Council for Children

Mr. Scanlon of North Attleborough moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

“SECTION XXXX. Item 1100-2516 of Section 2 of Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2022 is hereby amended by striking out the words “not less than $150,000 shall be expended for the construction of a playground at Amvet Boulevard elementary school in the town of North Attleborough” and inserting in place thereof the following words: “not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the Greater Attleboro Area Council for Children for the construction of a facilities service center in the city known as the Town of North Attleborough”.
