Multi-Disciplinary, Team-Based Substance Use Treatment Care (MDCO)

Ms. Sabadosa of Northampton moves to amend the bill in section 2, item 4512-0200 by inserting the following: "provided further, that not less than $3,000,000 shall be expended for multidisciplinary, team-based substance use services for adults with severe and persistent substance use disorder; provided, that the program shall: (i) include a team-based approach to service delivery that tailors services to the specific needs and acuity of each individual; (ii) provide substance use and social services through a person-centered approach; and (iii) not limit program services to a specific physical location."
