Amendment #1102 to H3900
Mifepristone Procurement
Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill in Section 2, line item 4513-1005, by adding the following: "provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be transferred to the Public University Health Center Sexual and Reproductive Health Preparation Fund for the purpose of reimbursements to public universities for abortion medications”, and in said line item by striking the figure “$21,460,000” and inserting in place thereof the figure, “$22,460,000.”
