Amendment #1104 to H3900

Ambulance Ground Transportation

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all ambulance ground transportation services provided to MassHealth Fee-for-Service and Managed Care Plan members shall be reimbursed at 100 per cent of the Medicare Locality 99 Urban reimbursement rate at the time of service.”
