Restoration of MassHealth Crossover Payments

Mr. Mahoney of Worcester moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, all ambulance ground transportation provided to MassHealth Fee-for-Service and Managed Care Plan members who are also Medicare eligible will be paid at the applicable Medicare rate.”
