Amendment #1109 to H3900

Comm Ave Carriageway Linear Park at Bristol Road

Ms. Khan of Newton moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2810-0122, in line 2, by adding after "areas" the following: “; and provided further, that not less than $50,000 shall be expended to the City of Newton for the creation of a small linear park on the Commonwealth Avenue Carriage Lane between Chestnut Street and Bristol Road for the purpose of increasing safety and reducing stormwater runoff” and in said item 2810-0122 by striking out the figures “$100,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “$150,000”.
