Shellfish Advisory Panel Technical Correction

Mr. Schmid of Westport moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

Section XXXX.

Chapter 130 Section 1C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2021 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 9, the words: “the chairs of the joint committee on environment, natural resources and agriculture or their designees;” and inserting in place thereof the following: “the chairs of the joint committee on agriculture or their designee;”
