Sustainable fishing

Mr. Fernandes of Falmouth moves to amend the bill in section 2, in item 2000-0100, by inserting at the end the following: “provided further, that not less than $500,000 shall be expended to support the Cape Cod Commercial Fishermen’s Alliance for the modernization and maintenance of sustainable fishing. Provided further, that not less than $240,000 shall be expended for the eight regional active groundfish sectors; and moves to further amend said item by striking out the figure “$15,547,134”and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- “16,287,134.”
